Wakati Account & Data Deletion
Anda dapat meminta penghapusan akun Wakati dan data pribadi Anda dengan dua cara:
- Langsung di dalam aplikasi, melalui menu Profil (lihat Bagian 2); atau
- Tanpa membuka aplikasi, dengan mengirim permintaan ke kami melalui surel (lihat Bagian 3) — misalnya jika Anda sudah mencopot pemasangan (uninstall) Aplikasi.
You can request deletion of your Wakati account and personal data in two ways:
- Directly within the app, via the Profile menu (see Section 2); or
- Without opening the app, by sending us a request by email (see Section 3) — for example, if you have already uninstalled the App.

This page explains how to delete your Wakati account and the personal data associated with it, whether from within the app or without opening the app at all. For more detail on the data we collect and how we store it, see our Privacy Policy, particularly Section 8 on Data Retention & Account Deletion.
2. Menghapus Akun dari Dalam Aplikasi

- Buka aplikasi Wakati dan masuk (login) ke akun Anda.
- Ketuk ikon profil untuk membuka halaman Profil.
- Gulir ke bawah dan ketuk "Hapus Akun".
- Baca peringatan konfirmasi ("Apakah Anda yakin ingin menghapus akun? Tindakan ini tidak dapat dibatalkan.") lalu ketuk tombol konfirmasi untuk melanjutkan.
Akun Anda akan dihapus dari server kami saat itu juga dan Anda akan otomatis dikeluarkan (logout) dari Aplikasi. Proses ini tidak dapat dibatalkan setelah dikonfirmasi.
- Open the Wakati app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the profile icon to open the Profile page.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Read the confirmation warning ("Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action cannot be undone.") and tap the confirmation button to proceed.
Your account is deleted from our server immediately and you are automatically logged out of the App. This action cannot be undone once confirmed.

Jika Anda tidak dapat atau tidak ingin membuka Aplikasi (misalnya sudah mencopot pemasangannya), kirim permintaan penghapusan akun ke [email protected] dengan subjek "Permintaan Penghapusan Akun", dan sertakan:
- Alamat surel yang terdaftar pada akun Wakati Anda (atau akun Google yang Anda gunakan untuk masuk, jika mendaftar melalui Google Sign-In);
- Nama lengkap yang terdaftar pada akun tersebut;
- Pernyataan bahwa Anda meminta penghapusan akun dan data pribadi Anda.
Kami dapat meminta informasi tambahan untuk memverifikasi bahwa Anda adalah pemilik sah akun tersebut sebelum memproses permintaan Anda.
If you cannot or do not want to open the App (for example, you have already uninstalled it), send an account deletion request to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and include:
- The email address registered to your Wakati account (or the Google account you used to sign in, if you registered via Google Sign-In);
- The full name registered on that account;
- A statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and personal data.
We may ask for additional information to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account before processing your request.

When your account is deleted, whether through the App or an email request, the following is removed or anonymized from our systems:

Beberapa data tidak ikut terhapus bersama akun Anda, karena berada di luar kendali teknis akun pengguna atau karena kami wajib menyimpannya:
Some data is not removed together with your account, either because it falls outside the technical control of the user account or because we are required to retain it:

Penghapusan melalui menu Profil di dalam Aplikasi bersifat seketika — akun terhapus segera setelah Anda mengonfirmasi.
Permintaan melalui surel akan kami proses paling lambat 30 hari kalender sejak identitas Anda berhasil diverifikasi. Kami akan mengonfirmasi melalui surel setelah penghapusan selesai dilakukan.
Deletion via the Profile menu inside the App is immediate — the account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
Email requests are processed within 30 calendar days of your identity being successfully verified. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
